Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 2-5 business days. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please do NOT light the broken or damaged candle. Safely snap a few photos of the shipping box and broken candle and then carefully discard. Please send photos to thunderhillcandleco@gmail.com within 2-5 business days for a replacement.
